Message	but they can serve no additional chassis bracing purpose. You can't tie them to the strut towers, for instance. Strut tower bars, while allowed, cannot triangulate to the firewall. Stuff like that. SPL's fender braces will kick you into Modified, as would a ladder bar. Yet a trailer hitch, attaching to the exact same points as the ladder bar, would be perfectly legal. (That last one actually makes sense if, like me, you believe ladder bars don't do anything beneficial.) - John
